GENERAL INFORMATION
- Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
- You can use wireless internet free of charge throughout the house.
- Parking spaces are provided free of charge directly in front of the house.
- The local tax of €2.55 per person per night will be collected on site.
- A final cleaning fee of €250 is also payable.
- Furthermore, a deposit of €300 is payable in cash upon arrival, which we will return upon departure.
Arrival and departure
We kindly ask you to inform us of your arrival time.
Check-in: Generally, the house is ready for occupancy from 4:00 PM.
Check-out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the house by 10:00 AM.
If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, this is possible depending on availability, of course by arrangement and for a small extra charge. Please contact us. We will do our best.
Interim cleaning
Interim cleaning, towel change and new bed linen are available at any time on request and with advance notice for a fee.
Booking:
When booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the price (excluding local tax and final cleaning). The booking is then considered binding.
Cancellation:
A free booking change or cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival. After that, the following cancellation fees apply:

from 14 days before arrival:
90% of the total amount
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking & open fire:
Smoking and handling open fire in the Rupertichalet is not allowed
